CMEI Presentation to the FRSC

On Thursday June 27, CMEI made a presentation to a meeting of the Commission. To review the presentation click here The main message to the Commission was that the potential for leakage is a major concern to CMEI and there is a strong probability that the monitoring may not discover that leakage.
